1. What is FormWeb?  FormWeb combines five key elements:
   • a custom formulary, built from your NDC numbers.
   • a custom website, where you can link to information on your intranet, the internet, or items you scan in.
   • an editor website, where you update and make changes to your FormWeb site. Once you input changes, they are available to your users immediately.
   • a library of best practices, called the FormWeb Library, composed of  contributions from pharmacists all over the U.S.
   • a library of electronic forms, called FormShare, composed of ADR's and other forms which our client pharmacies need frequently.
2. How will FormWeb work with the technology we already use?  We can give you examples of FormWeb that are currently in use within each of the major hospital information systems: Cerner, Meditech, Siemens, etc.  Essentially, if your system can accept a link, FormWeb can work with it.
   
3. Can FormWeb save me money? Yes.  FormWeb allows doctors to see drug costs on every drug. Also, if the pharmacy has therapeutic substitution guidelines, doctors have access to those. Additionally, FormWeb simplifies the use of automatic substitutions. (A cynic might also add, "What's the cost of your hospital showing up on the FDA's morbidity and mortality report?")
   
4. How does FormWeb help me with The Joint Commission?  FormWeb helps you meet or exceed over 30 of the JCAHO standards for medication management. No other product does more.
   
5. Can FormWeb be accessed on my PDA?  Yes. Users can access FormWeb from their desktop, PDA or a printed copy.
   
6. I'm not a computer whiz. What kind of training do I get? Don't worry! FormWeb is easy and intuitive to use. When you become a FormWeb customer, in addition to a comprehensive user manual, you will receive four training sessions and unlimited support. We don't want to sell you a tool that you can't use.
   
7. What about information security and confidentiality?  FormWeb   is flexible enough to meet all security settings and requirements. Tell us about your specific requirements, and we will make sure those are handled appropriately for your application.

9. What else makes you different?
   • We're real. We don't speak in jargon to impress people. We're not a huge corporation. We have people here in the U.S. who are eager to help customers when they call.
   • FormWeb's application varies from hospital to hospital because every hospital has different needs and FormWeb can meet those. We are not an off-the-shelf product. We invite all prospective customers to look at three of our customers' sites to see what we mean.
   • We promote freedom of choice in drug information. We can link to any drug information provider you choose, and if you change from one to another, we can easily change the link. (If you buy your website through your DI provider, then ever want to change DI, you lose the website you've built there.)
   • No extra charges. We don't nickel and dime our customers for features they don't use at first, but decide they want later. One price covers the creation of a custom website, hosting it on our servers, and helping keep the information on it updated. In addition, FormWeb is enhanced a minimum of twice per month with no additional charge for new features.
   • We're innovators. FormWeb keeps evolving based on the requests of our customers and dynamic changes in the pharmaceutical industry.
