Pharmacokinetic Differences between Zanaflex (Tizanidine) Capsules and Zanaflex (Tizanidine)Tablets

Zanaflex capsules are not bioequivalent to Zanaflex tablets in the fed state.
The prescriber should be throroughly familiar with the complex effects of food on tiaznidine pharmacokinectics (see Pharmacokinetcs and Dosage and Administration)
