    Pharmacokinetic Differences between Zanaflex (Tizanidine) Capsules and Zanaflex (Tizanidine)Tablets

  • Zanaflex capsules are not bioequivalent to Zanaflex tablets in the fed state.
  • The prescriber should be throroughly familiar with the complex effects of food on tiaznidine pharmacokinectics (see Pharmacokinetcs and Dosage and Administration)
